Congratulations to Steve Lang, John Scott, Peter Self and Darrell Hope who today won the RSL state fours in a close contest in trying conditions against teams from the North West, North, and East coast. Well done lads!

Sorell back-to-back in Municipal fours
Last year, Simon, Nathan, Shane and Darrell won the Municipal Day fours competition at Longford. This year, Simon, Nathan, Shane and Paul won it again. The team drew the first game (10-10) but won the second and third games convincingly to finish on top by four shots.

Leona and Sally win Silver at the AMG
Congratulations Leona Smith (Sorell) and Sally Ridgeway (Howrah) on taking home Silver in the Australian Masters Games over 55 Ladies Pairs. Leona and Sally dominated the heats with six straight wins. They also convincingly won their quarter and semi-final matches. Cheers!

Silver for Bill at the AMG
Congratulations to Bill Butler and Dave Osborne, who won a Silver Medal at the Australian Masters Games in the Men’s Over 55 Pairs. The six heats were played at Ulverstone and the three finals matches were played at Penguin. Bill and Dave won four of their six heats to make the finals.
